  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • In the event we cancel an order you have already paid for, a full refund will be issued

6. Payment

Payment is required in full before orders are dispatched. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by The Courier Guy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Oztec is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. 8. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is set out on our Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these Conditions of Use. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Oztec or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
