Our Courier Partner
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy — a reliable, trusted courier service with extensive coverage throughout the country.
Delivery Times
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 1–3 business days
- Outlying areas and rural regions: 3–5 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy's website at thecourierguy.co.za.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If no one is available, The Courier Guy will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a designated facility.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.
You may return an item if:
- It is faulty, damaged, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
- It is returned within 7 days of delivery
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the return window will not be accepted
How to Return an Item

- We will assess your return request and provide you with return instructions
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate
Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or we made an error, we will cover the cost of the return courier
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, return shipping costs are for your account
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Consumer Rights
Our returns policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
